Do I Like Country Music?

Those of you who know me well, know that I have loved MxPx since about 1996. Since the day I first heard one of their songs, to today....I can say...They are my favorite band.


Some of the 'crazed fan' things I've done is:
-Purchased an Imported version of an album that I already owned just to get 2 unreleased songs...for about $50
-Custom framed my Tshirt signed by them {thank you honey}
-Driven to the US to buy their album on the Release Date because it wasn't released in Canada for another week
-Named 3 Fish after the guys in the band
-Bought 2 copies of ALMOST EVERY album {just so I could have one in Mint Condition}
-Put decals on my Motorcycle with the band 'logo' {the pxpx for you MxPx fans} {see picture below}
-Been to about 6 concerts
{I'm sure I'm forgetting a crazy antic or two.}

Anything that Mike has a hand in, I am bound to like...He has produced some albums that never really caught on with me, but I would purchase solely because he had a hand in it.

I've followed all their side projects (The Cooties, Arthur).

Now Mike (lead singer) is working on a solo album, that I will no doubt do whatever I can to get...
Not typical MxPx style...but that's the point of going solo right?? To do something different?

It's different all right: but I love it just the same.
